With a career spanning more than three decades, I built a strong foundation in the hospitality and tourism industry from 1996 to 2020.

 

My experience began on the hotel side, where I worked in front desk operations before advancing into sales, as well as catering and event coordination. These roles allowed me to develop a deep understanding of guest services, client relations, and the operational side of delivering exceptional experiences.

I later spent over 13 years with two Convention and Visitors Bureaus, where I specialized in destination marketing and sales. In this role, I promoted the region as a premier destination for tour groups, corporate travel, and sports-related events. I worked closely with stakeholders across the hospitality sector to drive economic impact through tourism, building strong partnerships and consistently delivering results.

In 2020, I transitioned into public service and currently serve as Chief of Staff for an elected official. In this role, I bring my background in leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement to government operations, helping to connect constituents, businesses, and organizations with resources and support.
